After the ride, which they kinda liked, the kids liked to play in the shops (there are always shops after each ride) - the swords are the best

Derek Jeter book

Christopher and I are reading a book about Derek Jeter everynight. We are both enjoying it.

The beach

We went to Clearwater beach today - the weather was great 82 - the water was as warm as the Jersey shore in early July.. the kids loved the water and of course the sand. It was rather crowded today/the traffic and parking wasn't fun.

Jeter, Arod, Tex, and Jorge

We went to batting practice at the stadium today - the field was closed but we were able to see some Yankees at batting practice. We saw a few big names up close and personal but they all walked by without signing Christopher baseballs but Jorge gave him a smile and wave when he passed by and Christopher said Hi Jorge. Caden and Kira weren't as excited by the baseball players but they liked their corn chips.

Plane Ride

we had a great flight - left on time and arrived early - Caden and Kira loved every minute but Christopher took some time to begin to enjoy it - weather here is great so far - nothing like last year - it is warm and the kids even went swimming last night
