Our Last Day in Hawaii
We spent a very relaxing last day in Hawaii. Spent about 3 hours on the beach, walked around the hotel and area taking more pictures, had a nice dinner at Red Lobster, listened to the Hawaiian music and watched the hulu dancers at our hotel, then watched the fireworks from our balcony.

Lost Territory
For lunch the bus stopped at a ranch - there were many movies and television shows filmed in the area.\ - including Lost.
Pearl Harbor Tour
On Thursday we spent 12 hours on a tour of Oahu. This showed us what Hawaii is really like. First stop was Pearl Harbor. Everyone was very quiet during the movie, boat ride, and once we went on the Arizona memorial. The part that really touched me was the marble block with the names of survivors of December 7th that when they died wanted to go back and be buried with their fellow sailors, Navy divers place the urns of their ashes in the gun terrets. So far, 39 sailors have been brought back to the place where they experienced the worse that life has to offer.

Sunset Dinner Cruise
On Tuesday evening we went on a dinner cruise. We sat next to a couple from Australia and enjoyed the conversation when we could understand them. The sunset and scenery were spectacular.
Volcano National Park
On Monday, we spent about 6 hours in the Big Island's Volcano National Park. Unfortunately there was no lava flows that we were allowed to see. That area was closed to tourists. Saw lots of steam vents and were able to walk on the cooled lava areas.
