Black Beach

Yesterday we flew over to the Big Island.  Land of the Black Beach and volcanoes.  The van picked up us at 5:00 AM and returned us at 9:00 PM.  It was a long day but fun day.   It is a good thing we are always getting up at 4:00 AM.  

The beach was black but it wasn't sand.  It is crushed lava rock.
